Identity Development

Excel Scholars will participate in campus programs, connect with campus resources, engage in peer-to-peer activities that foster their unique identities, and offer safe and welcoming spaces conducive to their growth at CSUB.  Students will have the opportunity to connect and share their experiences as men of color in college.

You have a unique and powerful presence on this campus and in our world. Your voice, your story, your skills, and your leadership are vital. Share your experiences as a student, man of color, and future leader. Join our community as we share dialogue about our past, present, and build friendships through collaboration. Elevate your voice to shape the future!

Outcomes
