With the move from Meeting Maker to Office 365, many questions came up. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions about the migration from Meeting Maker to Office 365.
If you have additional questions, please email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@csub.edu
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will my meetings and appointments transfer to Office 365 automatically?
All meetings and appointments from June 1, 2015 forward will be transferred to Office 365. Meetings and appointments prior to June will be viewable from Meeting Maker, until June 2016.
Will the rooms in Meeting Maker that I control, work the same in Office 365?
Moving to Office 365 does not change the campus policy for room reservations. This will hold true for Office 365. However, there are rooms that must be reserved using 25Live!, the university's event scheduling system, i.e. Computer labs, Smart Rooms, etc.
