Providing Safety and Security to the Campus Community

The CSUB University Police Department is dedicated to ensuring the safest possible environment for our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The University Police Department is a full service law enforcement agency that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The University Police Department investigates crimes that occur on campus and assists other local law enforcement agencies.

We provide a multifaceted safety and law enforcement program and work in partnership with the community we serve. We encourage community involvement to meet our goal of providing safety, security, and quality of life for everyone on the CSUB campus.

The men and women of the CSUB Police Department are a diverse group of well-trained, dedicated professionals who are committed to the highest standards of service. The Department includes sworn police officers, parking officers, community service officers, dispatchers, and administrative staff.
