CSUB commits to the following to support LGBTQ+ campus community members:
1. Increase budget for employee affinity groups beginning in Fall 2024. |
2. Improve and strengthen the Policy for Appointment of Voluntary Employees. |
3. Enhance diversity-related campus programming coordination and support. |
4. Develop protocols for responding to bias-related incidents, including collaborating with our employee affinity groups and student organizations. |
5. Promote a safe campus community for all members of CSUB, through but not limited to implementing LGBTQ+ inclusivity workshops and increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops for campus throughout the academic year. |
