Move More, Sit Less

  • Join the Department of Kinesiology for invigorating walks around campus. This opportunity aims to incorporate physical activity into your lifestyle and an opportunity to meet others. People with all fitness and experience levels are welcome. 
  • Walks begin during the week of September 30th, 2019.
    • Monday at 8:00 AM and 5:25 PM
    • Wednesday at 8:00 AM
    • Thursday at 5:25 PM
  • We will meet in front of the Student Union.
