About the Department
Support Services encompasses four groups:
- Service Center
- Application Support
- Desktop Support
- Print Services
Service Center
The Service Center is our front line IT support desk, they can assist you with computers, other devices, and a myriad of services at the user level.
Application Support
Application support provides support on the applications you use daily. They provide advanced troubleshooting and back end monitoring to ensure your applications are running smoothly.
Desktop Support
The Desktop Support team provides computer hardware & software repair and installation. This includes most technology devices found on the customer's work station as well as support for various hardware utilized on campus.
Print Services
The Print Services team, also known as the CSUB Print Shop is the primary resource for printing, reproduction, finishing and other print services for the campus.
