Educational sanctions consist of assignments, such as work, research, essays, tutoring, service to the University or other solutions aimed to discourage future violations of misconduct.
Students referred by our office to attend a tutoring session with a Writing Resource Center (WRC) Consultant are required to complete the WRC Referral and Verification Form. You can download the form using the link below.
WRC Referral and Verification Form
The referral form must be submitted by the student to our office at deanofstudents@csub.edu
by the deadline stated on the *Resolution Agreement following a tutoring session.
*A Resolution Agreement is an official document and agreement provided to students
by our office who have been found in violation of the CSUB Student Conduct Code which
outlines sanctions assigned, a deadline when the sanction should be completed, and
other information regarding the outcome and procedures of a pending student conduct
case.
For questions or concerns regarding resolution agreements, please contact our office at 661-654-2680 or deanofstudents@csub.edu.
