Templates and Downloadable Resources

University-wide letterhead and specific school/unit letterhead may be used for all correspondence.

Letterhead for other campus units may be obtained through the Print Shop.

Official university envelopes are available through the Print Shop.

Official university business cards can be obtained through the Print Shop. Please keep the following in mind:

1. You must use your official, university-affiliated job title, phone number, email address and website. Personal information, such as independent websites or personal social media accounts, is not allowed.
2. Academic degrees will be listed according to the space available, with the highest degree listed first after the name (e.g. Angela Lee, Ph.D.)
3. Other professional designations (e.g. CPA, LCSW) are permitted when space allows.

The CSUB PowerPoint template may be used for all presentations related to the university.

If you're promoting an event or an initiative on campus, you can download these templates for Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or PowerPoint. Just make sure you have the university fonts downloaded onto your computer. If you need assistance with downloading fonts, please contact Information Technology Services.
