Student Union Departments and Services

The Student Union Information Desk is staffed with student assistant Information Specialists who can help direct you to class locations, campus services and more. Check out a board game for the lounge, ping-pong or billiards gear, or foosballs. Students can download a Student Employment Application at any time but positions are usually filled at the start of each semester.

The Student Union student Facilities Assistants clean and maintain the building and help with event setups like tables, chairs, projection and sound equipment, microphones and more. The Blue Room has a capacity of up to 33 students. The Green Room has room for up to 10, and the Yellow Room can hold up to 8. Student organizations and campus departments can reserve the rooms in advance, and for times longer than one hour. Students may check out study rooms by the hour by walk-up only if they are not already reserved or occupied.

In addition to hosting Panda Express, Rowdy's Place has microwaves and tables for students to eat personal food. There are televisions, a billiards table and foosball table, and there is additional dining space outdoors on the patio.

The Student Lounge has comfortable chairs and low tables for studying or playing games.
