The CSUB Office of Student Financial Services collects student fees, refunds excess financial aid and student payments, administers short-term loans awarded by the University and provides CSUB students with information and services needed to manage their student accounts. In addition, Student Financial Services is responsible for the billing and collection of non-student debts owed to the University.
