What should I bring?

Just yourself and a willingness to try something new! Yoga mats and other equipment will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. A water bottle is also recommended.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. You can use the SRC facilities to change if needed. Feel free to wear what makes you comfortable, but note that shoes should be removed before the class.

Who can attend?

This is a staff and faculty-exclusive class designed to help you relax and recharge! We ask that student assistants attend the regularly scheduled classes available to them at the SRC.

Do I need to register or have an SRC membership?

Nope! This class is completely optional, free, and no pre-registration or membership is required. However, please sign in with the SRC staff upon arrival.

Are accommodations available if I have physical limitations or mobility challenges?

The classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone. The instructor can provide modifications for poses to accommodate your needs, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported. If you have specific concerns or require additional assistance, please let us know ahead of time or speak with the instructor before the class begins—email us at wellbeing@csub.edu.
