The CSUB Counseling Center will, at times, need to provide important information that require a digital signature. For example, the Counseling Center's Informed Consent form is required to provide counseling services and/or psychiatric services. This form may need to be signed using a digital signature during times when the Counseling Center is closed and services will be provided remotely via telecounseling/telepsychiatry.
