College Corps Fellowship Overview
The #CaliforniansForAll College Corps is the first state-funded service opportunity for all undergraduate students including AB540 eligible Dreamers. This program helps make college more affordable for thousands of California students by allowing them to receive up to $10,000 in stipends towards their degree when they commit to serve for a year.

What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate students including AB540 eligible Dreamers.
- Passion for working in partnership with communities to make positive change;
- Flexibility to work in different areas and adapt to changing circumstances;
- Growth mindset and eagerness to try new things;
- Interest in connecting with and learning from other students and partners across the state;
- Willingness to be an ambassador for the Fellowship on campus and beyond.
Fellows will work with K-12 schools, food banks / pantries, or climate action organizations to build healthier and more equitable communities across California and Kern County.
What You’ll Gain
- A living allowance paid throughout service term, plus an Education Award paid upon completion of 450 service hours. Total financial benefit up to $10,000.

College Corps at California State University, Bakersfield offers service positions in local nonprofits and municipal agencies within a reasonable distance from campus or on campus.
