Spring 2026 Group Fit Schedule

Looking to stay active, reduce stress, and connect with others? Our free group fitness and wellness classes offer a fun, welcoming environment to help you reach your goals — whether you're just getting started or looking for a new challenge, we’ve got something for everyone. Just show up and join the movement!

Highway to Health
Highway to Health is a Fitness and Wellness Incentive Program that lasts the whole semester. Each time you attend a Group Fit class or Wellness Workshop you'll receive one stamp. Complete 10 stamps total and receive a prize (redeemed in the main SRC Office).
Please note: exercise is not without its risks, and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it, or if you have a medical or physical condition that may increase your risk of injury or death. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Those following the workout routines do so at their own risk.
