Small Group Training Small Group Training (SGT) combines the individualized instruction of Personal Training
with the community atmosphere of Group Fitness Classes. SGT is open to CSUB students

Fitness Orientations
Limited experience working out in a gym? Fitness Orientations give you a chance to learn proper technique when performing both strength and cardiovascular exercises. Our staff will review equipment on the FitFloor, HIIT Loft, and FitLoft. Along with going over exercise technique, staff will also educate you about our policies at the SRC. Sign up below!
