CSU Bakersfield Expands AI Infrastructure with New Node and GPU Capacity (March, 2026)
CSU Bakersfield is proud to announce a major step forward in our AI and research computing capabilities. In collaboration with the San Diego Supercomputer Center, CSUB is moving forward with new AI and Nautilus node capacity while bringing additional GPU infrastructure online. This investment will help strengthen campus research, support innovation across disciplines, and expand opportunities to connect university expertise with local industry needs. We are excited about what this means for the future of AI at CSUB and for the region we serve.
