Enrollment Verifications

If you are in need of an enrollment verification, email transcriptorders@csub.edu with either an attached form or a written request in the email. Make sure you put your name while attending and student ID; if you do not know your CSUB ID please include DOB and last 4 digits of your SSN. Enrollment Verifications will be emailed to you or an email address only.

California State University, Bakersfield's primary commitment is to the safety, health and wellbeing of all campus community members, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Given the uncertainty of COVID-19, we encourage you to contact us by phone or email so that we can continue to support you during this time.

Students who need an official verification of enrollment may order one by requesting it through the Office of the Registrar via email at transcriptorders@csub.edu attaching the enrollment verification form with your email request.  Official enrollment verifications will include historical enrollment information, unit load status (full-time, half-time etc.), current program of study, and degree(s) earned. There is currently no charge for this service.
