During recruitment, chapter members look for women who fulfill five basic standards. Throughout the new member period (Reflections), each new member will be given the opportunity to enhance the abilities she already has. Through lifelong membership each Phi Sigma Sigma woman is granted the opportunity to grow and further develop her talents, and attributes.
