 During the start of each quarter and at each Club Fair there are sorority, fraternity and club tables set up near the Dorothy Donahue Hall on campus. You can find the Phi Sigma Sigma table and inquire about information meetings and the recruitment process/schedule for that quarter. Recruitment is always held at the start of Fall quarter and possibly during Winter and Spring quarters if spots are available. Contact us for more informationRecruitment is the process set up so that interested ladies can get to know each sorority on an individual basis and choose the one that best fits their lifestyle. Through recruitment events, Potential New Members get to know the sororities on campus, their activities and membership requirements. Recruitment is a mutual selection process: Potential New Members are able to decide their preference while the sororities narrow down their selections as well. Once a new member in Phi Sigma Sigma, you get to experience the fun times and secrets the sorority holds. You are now encouraged to attend new member meetings and get a chance to begin to bond with all the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma. Each new member is welcomed into the hearts of the chapter and a Sapphire Sister is assigned to help guide them through their new member process. At the end of the new member process ladies are encouraged to show what they have learned about the chapter and are given a chance to become a full fledged member of the Phi Sigma Sigma sisterhood. |
