Emergency Preparedness
California State University, Bakersfield's most important resources are the people who work, live and study within our facilities. To ensure that our students, faculty, and staff are adequately informed and provided with critical information necessary to respond knowledgeably and safely to emergency situations, the following guide has been created to assist you in dealing with emergency situations which may occur on the CSUB campus. Each one of us should make an effort to read and become thoroughly familiar with its contents. The guide should be kept in an easily accessible location, preferably near a phone. In the event of an emergency situation, it will provide a quick reference for effective and timely action.
If you have questions regarding this guide, or would like additional information on emergency response, please contact the Department of Public Safety at 654-2111.
