Students whose CSUB or Overall GPA falls below a 2.0 will be placed on Academic Notice (formerly known as Academic Probation.) The Academic Jeopardy program was designed to serve as an intervention for students on academic notice who believe their GPA may fall into the disqualification range. Please note that Academic Jeopardy can only be used during the Fall or Spring term.

Qualifying for Academic Jeopardy
In order to qualify for the Academic Jeopardy program, students on academic notice must first attend an Academic Notice Workshop and complete the requirements below.
There are 2 ways to qualify:
- Attend 2 Academic Jeopardy Workshops
OR
- Attend 1 Academic Jeopardy Workshop and 1 tutoring session.
If the student qualifies for Academic Jeopardy while on academic notice, and falls into the disqualification range, they will be "saved" and they can participate in the Academic Jeopardy program the following semester.
**Please note that this program can only be used ONCE during a student's academic career at CSUB and ONLY during the Fall or Spring terms.
**If a tutoring session is attended, the tutor must email aarc@csub.edu to verify the student's attendance

This workshop is only available to students who have completed the Academic Notice Workshop through Canvas
- To view this workshop, log into your Canvas account using your CSUB Net ID and password.
- This workshop is only available for the Fall and Spring semesters
- Turn in your Academic Jeopardy Application form no later than 4:30pm May 10th 2024 to qualify

Attend the Academic Jeopardy Workshops through Zoom. Please see the table below for the Spring 2024 Scheduled Workshops.

- Seating is limited. Workshops are first come, first served.
- You must be present for the entire workshop to receive credit for attendance (workshops are 60-90 minutes long).
