February 11, 2016
On February 11, 2016 you may have received an automated email with the subject “CSUB Notification - Change of Grade Processed” sent to students who have a "W" grade on their record for any course. A follow up email (italicized below) was sent to those who received the initial message explaining the following:
Why is this happening?
· CSUB is converting from a Quarter system to a Semester system and reviewing “W” grades was a part of this process.
How does this affect me?
· Your ‘W’ grade is not changing, but it is being re-posted which, in turn, sent you an unexpected automated email with the subject “CSUB Notification - Change of Grade Processed.”
· This re-posting affects both current and past students.
What do I need to do?
· No action is needed.
As mentioned above, there is no action that needs to take place. If you have received email messages pertaining to this, you may simply delete it.
