Required RSVP
To reserve your seat or decline acceptance, the RSVP Form (sent to you via NursingCAS notification) must be completed and emailed directly to arubio18@csub.edu. The RSVP form is to be received no later than the deadline stated on your conditional acceptance notice.

We’ve partnered with Verified Credentials to complete your Background Check and Drug Screening. To get started, create an account using the code provided in your Student Letter. If you did not receive this letter, please contact us at nursing@csub.edu.

Final Official Transcripts (non-CSUB Courses)
Final official transcripts to include Spring 2025 grades (prerequisites, cognates, general education, and/or electives) are to be received in the Office of Admissions by July 1, 2025. Official Transcripts must be official and may base sent directly from the institution (college/university) or through a transcript servicing service to incomingtranscripts@csub.edu. Official transcripts can also be mailed to the following address:

Mandatory Nursing Student Orientations
More information on orientation will be sent via email. Failure to attend both orientations will result in being administratively dropped from the nursing program. Should there be extenuating circumstances that conflict, you will be expected to contact the Department of Nursing immediately at nursing@csub.edu.
- Orientation 1: July 23rd via Zoom (Virtual)
- Orientation 2: August 18th at CSUB (In person)
You will be expected to wear your CSUB Nursing uniform to this Orientation 2, please plan accordingly.

Appropriate scrubs with required embroidery may be purchased at Personally Yours Embroidery. You will find contact information and the Order Form below. Please complete one Order Form. All prices include the CSUB emblem over the left chest.
