Erin Pruitt

Erin Pruitt started interning at the Grimm Family center for Agricultural Business
during the first semester of her graduate studies at California State University,
Bakersfield. Pruitt is a first-generation graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration and aspires
to work in the field of Communications and Agriculture upon the completion of her degree.
In her free time, Pruitt enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, playing with her dogs, and hosting
dinners for her family and friends when she is not on campus, or focusing on her studies.
Reagan Rodriguez

Reagan Rodriguez started interning at the Grimm Family Center for Agricultural Business during the summer of 2024. Rodriguez is an undergraduate student at California State University, Bakersfield currently pursuing a degree in Liberal Studies. Rodriguez is committed to contributing meaningfully to projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience. In their free time, Rodriguez enjoys photography and reading to further enrich their enthusiasm for learning.
Kiley Nairn

Kiley Nairn started interning at the Grimm Family Center for Agricultural Business
during the summer of 2024. Nairn is an undergraduate student studying Business Administration
with a concentration in Marketing at California State University, Bakersfield. When
Nairn is not working or at school, her time is spent on her family’s cattle ranch.
Nairn’s passion for agriculture was sparked from being raised in the industry, and
her goal is to continue working within this field.
