Includes Warm-ups, Initiatives and Low Elements ONLY
4 Hour Program
Includes all the above, plus one level of the High Team Course or 2-3 High Ropes Elements
6–7 Hour Program
Includes all the above, plus both levels of the High Team Course or 4-6 High Ropes
Elements and up to one-hour break for lunch or dinner (not provided)
