CSUBUY Marketplace

Welcome to the New CSUBUY Marketplace

This portal affords faculty and staff the opportunity to purchase goods to support their academic and operational needs. All purchases made must be consistent with CSU policy, the Procurement Card manual and hospitality guidelines.

This site is brought to you by several CSU campuses acting as a partnership. The team has worked together to provide a shopping site for catalog suppliers and great contract pricing. This is an exciting new venture and we hope it provides the catalogs and suppliers you need.

Login Process

You will be able to access the CSUBUY Marketplace through our campus portal using your single sign-on (NetID and password).

Log In Steps:

1. Click the following link: CSUBUY SSO Production Site Login

2. Select Bakersfield as your campus on the CSU page. 

3. Login to our campus portal using your regular campus NetID and Password.

4. You will land on the CSUBUY Marketplace page.

Notes:

• CSUBUY will automatically create your account with a basic profile of "Shopper".

• Shoppers can only shop and must transfer ("Assign") their cart to a Requestor to finish their order.

• If you are a Procurement Cardholder, the CSUBUY Campus Administrator will change your profile to "Requestor". If needed immediately, or if the account role has not changed, please contact your Campus Administrator.

• Log in again to start using CSUBUY.
