Food Assistance & Basic Needs Support

AVC Marauder Market (Food Pantry)

CSUB Antelope Valley has partnered with Antelope Valley College’s Basic Needs Center to support students experiencing food insecurity and to increase access to nutritious food options on campus.

Qualified CSUB Antelope Valley students receive 20 points per week to use at the AVC Marauder Market for pantry essentials.

  • Available regardless of unit load

  • Points reset weekly

To access food pantry and Basic Needs services:

  1. Email Shelly Brooks at mbrooks4@csub.edu with your name and student ID number

  2. CSUB Antelope Valley will connect you with the Basic Needs Center

  3. Basic Needs will contact you within 48 hours with next steps. (If you do not receive a response, please reach out to Shelly Brooks for assistance)

AVC Farmer’s Market

Fresh Produce Distribution

Fresh fruits and vegetables are available to all students with a current CSUB ID.

  • Produce distribution dates are posted on flyers around campus

  • One bag of produce per student

  • Available while supplies last

Join and Network on `RunnerBridge

CSUB Alumni Association is excited to launch `RunnerBridge, an online networking and mentoring platform available to all CSUB students! All CSUB students, from freshmen to grad students, will be able to network with alumni, faculty and staff for school and career advice. Juniors, seniors and grad students will be able to apply for the `Runner Alumni Mentor Program. See you all on `RunnerBridge!
