To reserve your seat or decline acceptance, the RSVP Form must be completed and emailed directly to hli7@csub.edu. This is to be received no later than the deadline stated on your conditional acceptance notice.

Post-Acceptance Requirements
We've partnered with Verified Credentials to do your Background Check and Drug Screen.
Create an account using the code provided in the Student Letter. Email nursing@csub.edu if you did not receive the letter.

Final Official Transcripts (non-CSUB courses)
Final official transcripts to include Spring 2023 grades (prerequisites, cognates, general education, and/or electives) are to be received in the Office of Admissions by July 1, 2023. Official Transcripts must be official and may base sent directly from the institution (college/university) or through a transcript servicing service to incomingtranscripts@csub.edu. Mandatory Nursing Student Orientations
More information on orientation will be sent via email. Failure to attend both orientations will result in being administratively dropped from the nursing program. Should there be extenuating circumstances that conflict, you will be expected to contact the Department of Nursing immediately at nursing@csub.edu.
- Orientation 1: July 18 via Zoom (Virtual)
- Orientation 2: August 21 at CSUB (In person)
You will be expected to wear your CSUB Nursing uniform to this Orientation 2.

Appropriate scrubs with required embroidery may be purchased at Personally Yours Embroidery. You will find contact information and Order Forms below. Depending on your material preference for scrub tops and bottoms, please complete one Order Form. All prices include the CSUB emblem over the left chest.

Failure to complete requirements as expected will result in revoked admissions status to the Traditional BSN program and non-enrollment into nursing courses.
