Filing a Complaint

If your collective bargaining agreement incorporates CSU Nondiscrimination Policy, CSU Bakersfield will follow the procedures outlined in the policy.
If you are a non-represented employee or an applicant for employment, CSU Bakersfield will also follow the procedures outlined in CSU Nondiscrimination Policy.
