Please note the change to the Time and Attendance form 672
for the January 2004 pay period. The State Controller has
added two new lines to the right side of the 672 for signatures
of "Attendance Clerk" and the "Certifying
Officer" (MPP or Dept.Head certifying attendance for
the department). The signature line on the left side may
be used if your department requires a third signature for
internal departmental controls. Please call Payroll Services
if you have any questions.
