Suppliers must be invited to the CSUBUY Supplier Portal. Please note that all new and existing suppliers will be required to register and update their existing supplier records in the CSUBUY Supplier Portal in order to continue doing business with CSUB.
Each supplier’s registration status is listed in the Registration Status column of the Master List. The statuses are as follows:
- Approved / Profile Complete: supplier is finished registering for P2P
- Rejected: RiseNow has rejected the profile due to duplicate/incorrect registration
- In Progress: supplier has started the registration process but has not completed all steps
- Invited: supplier has received an invitation to register but has not started the registration process

If you do not see your supplier on the Master List, please submit a Request New Supplier Form through P2P.
This new process will provide significant improvements for both CSUB and its suppliers, eliminating the need for paper documentation and increasing visibility on the status of registration and payments.
