Informal Recreation
Informal recreation describes all self-initiated activities for personal fitness and exercise. Opportunities for drop-in use of all facilities and equipment are available during the Student Recreation Center open hours. Participation allows individuals to recreate as their schedule permits. Informal Recreation services include:
Basketball
Volleyball
Badminton
Cardiovascular and strength training
Core strength and stretching
Jogging/Walking
Heavy bag and speed bag
Ballet barres
Sports equipment available for checkout
Towels (workout and shower size)
FitFloor Elliptical Machines
