Group Exercise Class Descriptions:
1/2 Hour Abs - This class is 30 minutes of solid abdominal and core strengthening exercises! Get those “six-pack abs,” because Spring Break will be here before you know it!
Butts & Guts - This class provides a variety of exercises focusing on the abdominals and gluteus to provide a challenging workout for people of all fitness levels.
Cardio Latin - Looking to get those “six-pack abs?” Core Cardio can help! This class will start with a warm up and go straight into solid abdominal and core strengthening exercises.

Core Fusion - Core fusion is a yoga inspired class that focuses primarily on abdominal, pelvic, and lower back strength. This class uses balance, breathing and endurance exercises to build strength in the body's core and rebuild good posture.
Flow Yoga - Flow yoga, is a quicker paced yoga for those who enjoy movement with the breath. It is great for relaxing the mind, body, and spirit while improving breathing and flexibility.
Hip Hop Aerobics - Hip hop aerobics is a cardio based class that uses the hip hop dance style to create movements for exercise. The music consists of a wide variety of hip hop music from current hits, underground beats, and old school classics.
Hip Hop - This high energy dance workout will make you sweat while you learn the latest hip hop moves. Our instructors break the moves down so they are easy to learn and easy to follow for new and hip hop veterans alike.
Indoor Cycling - This class simulates a variety of terrain-training techniques. These include steep hills, flat roads, interval training, sprints, recovery, race day training and everything in between. Please bring a water bottle.
Interval Training - Interval Training is a structured, fast paced class, that works all major muscle groups of the body and is designed to achieve a mid to high aerobic level of intensity. The class includes a warm-up circuit, then, multiple strength and cardio circuits are performed. The class concludes with a cool-down and stretching portion at the end.
Moonlight Yoga - Yoga inspired class designed to relax and restore the body and mind. This class centers on active stretching which results in muscular balance, stress reduction, and total relaxation. Through guided breathe and exercise you can relax your body and restore your mind!
Spin & Sculpt - Combine the best of both worlds! Cardiovascular work and toning exercises split into half hour segments. Come in and learn something new!
Step - This class is a fun aerobic workout built around choreography and designed to increase participants’ cardiovascular fitness levels using steps and risers.
Salsa Step - If you're looking for a fun interactive dance to explore musical rhythms through dancing, then come check out Salsa Step. Dancers of all levels can find out how much fun fitness can be.
Sunrise Yoga - Yoga inspired class designed to relax and restore the body and mind. This class centers on active stretching which results in muscular balance, stress reduction, and total relaxation. Through guided breathe and exercise you can relax your body and restore your mind!
Zumba - This class fuses hypnotic, Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind class that will blow you away! The routines feature fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
**PEAK 101 - Indoor Cycling - Condition your body through this group cardiovascular class using stationary cycles to improve fitness. Experience hills, flat terrain, and jumps using various sitting and standing positions. It is a simple, easy to learn workout.
**PEAK 101 - Interval Training - This class combines short (30 sec-2min) bouts of high intensity exercise periods alternated with periods of rest (1-2min). These higher/lower intensity periods are repeated several times during total class time using both lower and upper body muscle groups.
**PEAK 101 - R.I.P.P.E.D. - is a form of dynamic interval training that gets your heart pumping. The acronym stands for Resistence, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet - the first five of which are experienced in class.
**PEAK 101 - Straight Up Strength - Improves cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance while doing a combination of athletic cardio drills, weights, resistance and mat floor work. Also incorporates core and abdominal work for overall balance, strength and toning.
**PEAK 101 - Yoga - Yoga is an introductory course that places a strong emphasis on active participation and also combines discussion of concepts and postures. The course focuses on increasing strength, flexibility, relaxation, stress reduction, improved posture, and balance.
