Wellness Workshop

This Fall Quarter, we at the SRC will be exploring the science behind incorporating interval training into your workouts. With many currently popular programs utilizing this style of workout, we want to give students information on why it can be beneficial as well as advice on where to take caution. We will be inviting professionals in the field to speak on the topic to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information.

We are currently in the process of developing this workshop to best suit YOUR needs, questions, and concerns.
