Welcome to the CSU, Bakersfield Office of Grants, Research, and Sponsored Programs (GRaSP)

GRaSP serves as a critical institution facilitating grant activities and coordinating faculty-student research programs.

The mission of the GRaSP Office is to provide pre-award assistance to faculty and staff seeking external funding and other resources to support research and service projects for students, faculty, and the community and to provide post-award assistance to faculty, staff, and the campus in administering awards both fiscally and programmatically.

This site is designed to guide CSUB personnel through the process and policy aspects of sponsored programs from proposal development and submission, through administration of awards, to fiscal and technical reporting of results and closeout of projects.
