Games and Activities (Runner Park) Bring your children and enjoy a small carnival setting of games, bounce house, and a dunk tank. | 4:00 p.m. | New Student Convocation and Pinning Ceremony (Icardo Center) New Student Convocation is a formal ceremony for incoming CSUB students (new & transfer students) and their families. Just as Commencement (Graduation) celebrates the completion of students' academic journey, Convocation commemorates its beginning. The New Student Convocation ceremony will create an opportunity for students to be officially recognized and welcomed into the CSUB community. You will also meet fellow students and faculty as well as hear from our University President as he conveys the importance of students' educational endeavors and CSUB's commitment to support them in the achievement of their goals - both inside and outside the classroom.
