Cashiering

The main function of the Cashier's Office is to accept payments from students and the campus community. We serve as a deposit processing agent to those departments that accept payments directly from the students (Payment Methods). In addition, we sell campus parking permits, GET bus passes, reimburse Petty Cash, distribute checks such as payroll, travel reimbursement etc., and process all invoice payments. We are able to accept cash, checks, money orders.

2012/2013 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:15am to 4:45pm.

(Beginning Monday 8-27-12)

The first week of classes we will be open until 5:45pm Monday - Thursday.

WINTER 2013

Spring 2013 Fees are due Mar 28, 2013.

Spring 2013 Parking Permits are available beginning 2-1-13.

The Spring 2013 quarter is around the corner! As always, parking permits  are required and you are encouraged to purchase your permit online to AVOID THE LINE! Parking permits should be purchased online through your myCSUB account, starting now ALL parking permits, purchased online or at the cashier window, will be sent directly to your mailing address on file.

Important: You may print and use the receipt of your parking permit purchase to serve as a TEMPORARY-ONLY permit which will be valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fold the receipt in half and place it on the dashboard of your vehicle with the printed side up.
