As of July 1, 2005, the CSU Bakersfield Police Department discontinued fingerprinting services as the California Department of Justice stopped accepting inked fingerprint cards.  You can obtain Livescan services from the Kern County Sheriff's Department.   You can contact them at 661-391-7500.
