WELCOME TO HUMAN RESOURCES
This web site has been designed to acquaint you with University policies and procedures and to familiarize you with programs and services offered by the University. The staff of the Office of Human Resources provides expertise in a variety of areas including Classifications, Recruitment, Affirmative Action, Benefits and Salary Programs. For more specific information, refer to the CSUB Employee Handbook (click to view).
The HR Information Center is located just outside the Human Resources Office and contains the most requested enrollment forms, information pamphlets, and brochures. The Information Center also contains current non-faculty job announcements and applications. Please feel free to stop by and take any material that may be of interest to you.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
An Employees Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential referral and counseling service designed to help you and members of your family balance life challenges you face every day.
Our EAP is provided through Empathia Pacific, Inc. (Empathia). Employees and any member of their household, including dependents living away from home, have 24-hour access to Empathia's "LifeMatters" EAP.
Comprehensive, confidential services are available to you and your family through LifeMatters, including:
