How to fill out Claim for Exemption Form Transient Occupancy Tax:

This form may be filled out ahead of time or printed to use when checking into hotel/motel.

Review the form and click the "Prepare to Print" button.

Take this form with you and present it upon check-in. If the motel/hotel accepts the form, they will not charge you occupancy tax on your lodging bill. **Not all motel/hotel will accept the form.

How to Print a Claim for Exemption form Transient Occupancy Tax Form

  3. Continue through all the boxes until all information has been entered.

    2. Enter the correct information.
    3. Click the "Prepare to print" button.
  8. Click the "Print" button on your browser's tool bar.
  9. To return to this page, click the "Back" button on your browser's tool bar.
  10. If the page you print contains the Navigation Buttons at the top of the window or the Menus on the left side of the window, click on the text you want to print. This will select the correct frame. Go back to step 8.
