CSU, Bakersfield - Fee Refund Policy

PETITION FOR REFUND OF FEES INSTRUCTIONS    The petition for refund of fees is only required when extenuating circumstances cause a student to withdraw after the final refunding period. Please refer to Refund Policy    

1. Obtain the petition form from Student Financial Services or online.
2. Complete your name and the term you are applying for.
3. Sign the form and date it.
4. Enter CSUB Student ID number.
5. Complete reason for petition.  Be definitive and submit supporting documentation with refund form.
6. Mark the appropriate box to have refund picked up or mailed to current PeopleSoft mailing address.
7. Return completed form to the Assistant Vice President for Fiscal Services or other designated individual at the office of Student Financial Services.

 The refund petition will be reviewed and either denied or approved and forwarded for refunding.  You will be advised within 4-6 weeks of refund decision.
