Fiscal Services: Procurement

Procurement is responsible for minimizing the liability to CSUB and ensuring the insurance requirements of the university are met. This responsibility encompasses all contractual agreements with contractors, tenants, vendors and users of CSUB's public property. When obtaining the required Certificates of Insurance, the appropriate ISO Endorsement must accompany the certificate. ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 is for use by contractors performing work on CSUB's campus and ISO form CG 20 11 11 85 is for use by individuals or entities that wish to rent any CSUB facility. The following wording must appear under "Name of Organization" for either endorsement form to be valid:
