Fiscal Services: Procurement

All contracts involving the University in any way may only be signed by the President or his designee, which is the Vice President for Business and Administrative Services or the Director of Procurement and Contract Services. This policy ensures consistency and coordination of University contracts, thus avoiding conflicts. Questions regarding contracting may be directed to:
