Fiscal Services: Procurement

The Office of Procurement provides the University professional services in all areas of contracting from Annual Service Agreements to Public Works contracts. All contracts involving the University in any way may only be signed by the President or his designee, which is the Vice President for Business and Administrative Services or the Director of Procurement and Support Services. This policy ensures consistency and coordination of University contracts, thus avoiding conflicts. Questions regarding contracting may be directed to:
