Fiscal Services: Procurement

Stateside business card orders are submitted to the Reprographics Department for design layout and are requested on Reprographics order forms. The cost is $10.00 per box of 200 cards.

Reprographics processes the design layout, based upon a standardized layout on file. (A sample layout is shown below.)

Reprographics then sends the layout to the Print Shop for printing purposes. The Print Shop calls the department once the cards are available.
