Art Center/Satellite Plant Project- In addition to providing 14,000 square feet of new art labs for fine arts students, this two-in-one project will provide enhanced and expanded heating and cooling capacity as the campus expands over the next 5 to 10 years.

Antelope Valley Building 400 Remodel- In this project, we will be converting existing space to provide much-needed faculty offices at the Antelope Valley campus.

Student Housing- By replacing the existing outdated and deteriorating student dormitories with new facilities, we will be able to provide modern housing options for 500 CSUB students.

East-West Bike Path Expansion- Go green! Intersecting with the existing north-south bike path, the new east-west path will provide easy bike access to the east and west sides of the campus, opening up alternative transportation options for the CSUB community.
