Facilities Planning Development and Operations

Facilities Planning, Development and Operations (FPDO) provides efficient and professional campus planning services and information related to physical growth of the CSUB campus. This department is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and public works contracting law and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the campus. FDPO provides all planning, design and construction administration to alter or build facilities for CSUB. Our major responsibilities include campus master planning, the Five Year Capital Improvement Program, and working with the Vice President for Business and Administrative Services and the campus community regarding implementation of the campus master plan.
