Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) at CSU Bakersfield serves as the official voice of
the student body, representing student interests on campus and at the state level.
ASI advocates for student rights, promotes inclusion, and works to ensure students
are heard in university decision-making.
ASI is composed of 5 Executive Officers and 16 directors elected to represent various student demographics, including different academic schools and campus
departments. Together, they make decisions that affect the entire student body, ensuring
ASI advocates for the diverse voices and needs of CSUB students.
Beyond advocacy, ASI offers programs and resources that support leadership development, student engagement, and personal growth. Through events, services, and campus involvement, ASI enhances the overall student experience and helps build a stronger CSUB community.
