The 50th Anniversary Committee, comprised of CSUB faculty, staff, and students as well as community members, established “A Moment in Time,” a time capsule, to commemorate the university’s 50th anniversary from October 2020-October 2021. Submission categories included: pop culture, technology, social justice, government, the COVID-19 pandemic, and CSUB’s 50th anniversary. Campus groups also participated by contributing written reflections. Included are contributions by alumni, CSUB staff, faculty, the Antelope Valley Campus, ASi, student athletes, and Foundation Board. The time capsule will be buried on the main CSUB campus at the end of the 2021-2022 academic year.
