BlackBoard Analytics / Pyramid

BlackBoard Analytics is our new student data warehouse. It contains snapshot data from our student information system, myCSUB.  The primary tool used to interact with BlackBoard Analytics is Pyramid Analytics.  The terms BlackBoard Analytics (BBA) and Pyramid are used interchangeably.  However, BlackBoard Analytics refers to the data warehouse environment that houses the student data.  Pyramid refers to the tool used to interact with BlackBoard Analytics.
