What's on your Desktop?

Whether you use a PC or Mac, your computer comes with many desktop applications.  These applications allows you to communicate with others, schedule meetings, create documents, and create forms.   The most common applications used at CSUB are Outlook, Office 365, and Microsoft Office.

As time progresses, more materials will be added to these sections. So, stay tuned.

Outlook
Outlook is our primary email and calendaring system. It allows you to send and receive electronic messages, manage your appointments and meetings, and maintain your personal contacts. For more information, visit either the Outlook for PC or Outlook for Mac pages.

Microsoft Office
Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. You can use these application to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and handouts, such as flyers, newsletters, etc. For more information, visit either the Office 2016 for PC or Office 2016 for Mac pages.

Office 365
Office 365 is a suite of applications. It offers you an enhanced experience and allows you to seamlessly access your email account on a variety of platforms – desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices.
